TERM AND CONDITIONS OF SHIPMENT

1. A Florida Direct and its drivers/agents jointly and separately are authorized by the vehicle owner to operate and transport the motor vehicle between its pick up location and the destination set forth on the order/bill of lading and to deliver the vehicle to the consignee at the specified destination.

2. Unless otherwise stated, A Florida Direct and its drivers/agents will assume that the vehicle under transport has been fully serviced, is ready for shipment and that the owner knows of no mechanical or structural defects which would in any way limit the safe operation and or transportation of the vehicle. A Florida Direct disclai ms any liability for normal road hazards, acts of God, and any mechanical or structural defects.

3. A external inspection will be done to note any imperfections on the outside body of the vehicle along with listing year, make , model, partial serial number and mileage. This inspection represents a general overall condition and is not all inclusive. It is suggested you may want to wash and wax your vehicle.

4. The owner agrees that A Florida Direct and its drivers/agents are not responsible for the environmental pollution, exhaust syste ms , antennas, wheel alignments, emergency brakes, windshield chips, wiring, mechanical or manufactures defects, corroded parts, loose or broken parts, and after market accessories. Personal belongings placed in the trunk, at which additional charges may be assessed for weight restrictions, are not permitted unless authorized by A Florida Direct.

5. The owner is responsible for insuring that none of the following ite ms are in the vehicle during shipment: *personal belongings/effects, *narcotics/medication, *ammunitions/guns, *money/articles of unusual value, *contraband, *negotiable and legal papers, *ge ms /jewelry, *objects of art, *beer/wine/liquor, live plants/animals, *flammable goods ect. , ect.

6. A Florida Direct and its drivers/agents are restricted for safety reasons and local laws from traveling in residential areas with large car carriers and therefore prefer to pick up vehicles in a commercial zone such as a large shopping area. However, the owner acknowledges that an authorized agent of A Florida Direct can pick up/deliver via driving to and from carrier/office and home. It is understood that the customer carriers full insurance when this local service is provided.

7. Non running vehicles are priced after phone contact to our main office at 800-424-8785.

8. A Florida Direct agrees to transport your vehicle as promptly as possible in accordance with your instructions but due to circu ms tances beyond our control we can not guaranteed an exact delivery time. No auto rental will be honored.

9. Payment for service can be paid for with a bank cashiers check or US Postal Money Order on either pick up or delivery. If using a credit card a form will be sent to you via fax when order is taken. No charges will run on the card until vehicle is on a carrier.
